Which called 20-30-50 Rule.

suppose your monthly salary is 10,000. Then fast of all you have to save 20% of your 

salary, which is 2000.

secondly you have to save 30% of your salary for your wants. you can spend for your lifestyle,

spend for holidays or purchase any luxury items, like phones or bikes.

Up to 50% of your income should be kept aside for your needs. this can include house rent,

utilities, groceries, child school and college fees.
